Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PrimexMeta (“PrimeX Build”, “we”, “us”) covering the PrimeX Build app, the wallet, and the websites and apps it generates for you. By applying for access or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use PrimeX Build.

The PrimeX Build service

PrimeX Build lets you describe a business idea in plain language and, with the help of our AI agents, produces a real, hosted website or app — including the option to connect a domain, accept payments, and collect form submissions. You review and approve a plan and a cost before any build runs.

Private beta

PrimeX Build is currently offered as a private beta, by invitation. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service during the beta without notice.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to fund a wallet or commission a build. We verify your name, date of birth, and gender at your first wallet-funded action. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

The wallet and charges

PrimeX Build runs on a prepaid wallet. Every chargeable action is a transparent charge in US dollars (USD) against your balance. Your wallet may hold both cash credit and promotional bonus credit; bonus credit is spent first and may expire, while cash credit does not expire.

For builds and other jobs, we first show you an estimate and a cost-confirmation, then place a hold on your wallet. If the job succeeds, the hold becomes a charge. If the job fails, the hold is released back to your wallet — you are never charged for a failed build.

The build cost we show you is the cost you pay. If our actual processing exceeds the estimate, we absorb the difference; we will never charge you more than the amount you approved.

Top-ups, pricing, and refunds

You add funds to your wallet through Razorpay or Stripe. Prices and plan fees are shown in USD; where you pay in another currency, your provider applies its own conversion at checkout. We may change pricing for future actions, but changes never apply retroactively to an action you have already approved.

Wallet credit is for use within PrimeX Build. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@primexbuild.com and we will review it.

Your content and generated sites

You own the content you provide and, subject to your account being in good standing, the websites and apps we generate for you. You are responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the rights to use any text, images, logos, or other material you upload.

Generated sites include a “Built with PrimeX Build” footer by default. This footer can be removed on eligible plans. You grant us permission to host, deploy, and process your content as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PrimeX Build to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Build or distribute malware, phishing, fraud, or other deceptive or harmful content.
• Publish content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that endangers others.
• Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the security or limits of the service or its AI agents.
• Resell or impersonate the service in a way that misleads others.

We may remove content or suspend sites that violate these rules.

AI-generated output

PrimeX Build uses AI to plan, design, build, and edit your site. AI output can contain errors and may need review. You are responsible for checking that your site is accurate, lawful, and suitable before you publish it, and for complying with any rules that apply to your business.

Domains and hosting

We host your generated site on a PrimeX Build subdomain and can help you connect or purchase a custom domain through our registrar partner. Domain registrations and hosting tiers may carry recurring charges, which we disclose before you commit. If hosting charges go unpaid, your site may be paused after a grace period.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Razorpay, Stripe, and Resend. Your use of features that depend on them, and any payment or messaging services you enable on your own site, are also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Our intellectual property

PrimeX Build, including the app, the agents, templates, and our brand, is owned by PrimexMeta and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in our software or brand beyond using the service as permitted here.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using PrimeX Build at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others. Where practical and lawful, we will give you notice. On termination, your sites may be taken offline; remaining cash wallet balance is handled in line with applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, especially during beta, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service or any generated site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimexMeta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use PrimeX Build after a change means you accept the updated terms.
