The 5-sentence brief that builds a great site

You'll get a better site faster if you front-load the five things the builder actually needs. Here's the order that works.

  • What the business is, in one plain sentence.
  • Who it’s for, and the one action you want them to take.
  • The pages you know you need — and any you definitely don’t.
  • The feel: three adjectives beat a paragraph of theory.
  • What success looks like — orders, bookings, sign-ups, calls.

Paste this and fill the blanks

I run ____. It's for ____, and I want them to ____. I need pages for ____. It should feel ____, ____ and ____. Success is people ____.

That's enough to draw up a real plan with a real price. You can refine everything afterward by chat — but a tight brief gets you a great first draft instead of a generic one.
